We want you to love your VAULTR purchase.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return or refund, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and issue details.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Items must be unused and in original condition unless the item arrived damaged.
